Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment recommendation is made only after an appropriate consultation, where your concerns, medical history, suitability, benefits, risks and alternatives are discussed.
Is there a booking fee?
A $50 booking fee applies to cosmetic consultations. It is redeemable on treatments or products in clinic.
Who will I see?
Imelda, a Registered Nurse. Your assessment, plan and treatment are all carried out by a qualified clinician.
Where is the clinic and is there parking?
We are at Unit 3/297 Morrison Rd, Swan View WA 6056, with parking on site.
What are your opening hours?
Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. We are closed Sunday to Wednesday. Appointments are essential.
Why are some prices not shown?
Australian advertising rules prevent clinics from naming, describing or pricing prescription only treatments in public advertising. Where that applies, the detail can only be discussed one to one at your consultation.
How many treatments will I need?
Most skin concerns respond best to a course spaced a few weeks apart rather than a single treatment. Your clinician will recommend a realistic number at your skin analysis and review as you go.
Will there be downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Hydrolux facials are designed around no downtime, while peels and needling can leave the skin pink, tight or flaking for a day or two. You will know what to expect before you book.
Can I buy skincare from you?
Yes. We stock Synergie Skin cosmeceuticals in clinic and prescribe them to suit your skin. Skincare is purchased in clinic rather than online, so nothing is bought blind.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased through our online booking system for any amount.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please give us as much notice as you can so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Our current cancellation terms are shown when you book.
